Seaholm Varsity Girls Tennis won the hearts of home court fans on Thursday, cruising past hometown rivals Groves 8-0, as well as winning both alternate courts.

Singles:

• 1 Singles – Jada Josifovski 6-3, 6-0
• 2 Singles – Devon Rusk – 6-0, 6 -0
• 3 Singles – Ella Champion – 6-2, 7-5 (7-4 tiebreak)
• 4 Singles – Sabrina Dunn – 6-1, 6-0

Doubles:

• 1 Doubles – Lucy Jen and Sophia Arndt – 6-4, 6-4
• 2 Doubles – Anna Olekszyk and Katie Joyce – 6-3, 6-4
• 3 Doubles – Kate Crowley and Cate French – 6-0, 6-1
• 4 Doubles – Jacqueline Supancich and Alina Villaire – 6-3, 6-1
• 5 Doubles – Julie Iacco and Izzy Bloom – 6-1, 6-0
• 6 Doubles – Sienna Weinberg and Darwin Stutz – 6-2, 6-1

Special shout out to 1 Doubles Lucy Jen and Sophia Arndt on a hard fought match with a victorious 6-4, 6-4 outcome over Groves.
