Bring Your Kid to Work Day = Huge Success! 🎉
Seaholm’s Student Congress teamed up with the Child Development 2 class to create an unforgettable day for kids and their teacher parents! They hosted 30 students today and there were even more in the building
Lisa Donely and her class provided amazing one-on-one care for ages 3–6, while Student Congress kept the older kids engaged and having fun all day long.
There was no shortage of activities:
🔥 Steve Claerr wowed the kids with a “fun with fire” science experiment
🧀 Katie Goetz had everyone cooking up mac & cheese (boxed was the favorite!), pizza, and Rice Krispy treats
🎨 Liz Moyer brought out creativity with clay in ceramics
🤟 Josh Dodge taught kids sign language
🚔 SRO Sergeant McCanham gave an up-close tour of his police car
🐾 Maple and Ernie stopped by for some extra fun and smiles
⚾️🏟️ the were able to catch a golf cart ride and watch some Kickball – some even got to play.
So many great moments, hands-on experiences, and happy kids all around!
