Maples Pitcher Adele Bush Reaches Milestone
Saturday’s district championship victory was a memorable one for the Maples softball program as its standout pitcher achieved two significant career milestones.
With the win, the Maples ace earned her 40th career victory, further cementing her place among the program’s most accomplished pitchers. The district title also added to the team’s successful postseason run and continued its momentum heading into regional competition.
In addition to the career win milestone, the pitcher recorded enough strikeouts to surpass the 100-strikeout mark for the second consecutive season, showcasing her consistency and dominance in the circle.
The milestone-filled performance helped power the Maples to the district championship and provided another memorable chapter in an outstanding high school career. As postseason play continues, the pitcher and the Maples will look to build on their success and make a deeper tournament run.
