Maples Win on Senior Night

Seaholm Maples defeated the Troy Athens Redhawks on Tuesday, 15-0 as the team honored the seven seniors: Adele Bush, Gigi Hill, Sami Allen, Leah Stanford, Helen Miller, Erin Sheckell, and Pepper Graves. The team improved their record to 26-8.
Seaholm Maples scored seven runs on four hits in the bottom of the third inning. Erin Sheckell tripled, scoring three runs, Samantha Allen singled, scoring one run, and Lila Nursey homered to left field.
Adele Bush earned the win for Seaholm giving up just one hit and zero runs over four innings, striking out nine and walking none.
Next up for the Maples is a double header against Warren Woods Tower on Thursday.
