Seaholm lost to GPS 4-2

Seaholm Varsity Maples competed hard on the road Saturday but fell 4-2 after a tightly contested matchup.
Brandon Gottesman gave Seaholm a solid start on the mound, allowing two runs over four innings while striking out two. The Maples defense also came through with a double play during the game.
At the plate, Nick Davis led Seaholm with a 2-for-3 performance, collecting two of the team’s five hits. Ian Evert added an RBI and finished 1-for-2 offensively.
The Maples continued to battle throughout the game, keeping things close until the final innings.
