Seaholm’s own Aaron Van DeMark, owner of The Melting Pot, spent time with the Multicultural Foods class teaching students the art of fondue.
He didn’t just share his expertise—he generously donated all the ingredients for the experience, helping students create three different types of cheese fondue along with chocolate fondue.
A hands-on lesson, great food, and an awesome way to bring real-world experience into the classroom. 👏
