Charity Week Family Feud
Birmingham, MI – The Seaholm students and staff squared off in Family Feud for a great cause. Under the leadership of Mr. Barber and Mrs. Goetz, student congress ran fundraising events throughout Charity Week 2026 to support Michigan’s Rainbow Connection.
The student team included Max Hirsch, Ben Swisher, Kate Latek, Matthew Azzam and Lucy Roberts. The staff team was captained by Mr. Adams and included Samantha McKenzie, Lisa Latessa-Donley, Dr. Roberson and Mr. Claerr. The game was hosted TV’s Steve Harvey.
The students got off to a fast start winning the first 3 games. Down 251-0, the staff finally got their act together in the 4th round to get their first win. The game came down to the wire with all of the pressure on Mr. Claerr. The question surveyed 100 Maples and asked what subject was their least favorite. Claerr went out on a limb and answered “Science” for the win!
