Maples freshmen BB team w/ a gutsy, hard fought win at Groves 50-47. Started game trailing 7-0, slowly came back, took lead in 3rd qtr. Maples scored 31pts in the 2nd half. Cayde Friedrichs 12pts Reed Schaefer 8pts., all 2nd half, including a basket w/ 30secs gave Maples 50-46 lead. Nate Peard 8pts, all 2nd half. Julian Tindall 7pts Eli Panza 6pts.
