Birmingham Youth Basketball Begins

The inaugural season of Birmingham Youth Basketball League began on Saturday at Seaholm High School. The program is designed to teach basketball fundamentals and instill a love for the game by connecting elementary students in Birmingham with Seaholm High School athletes and coaches. The curriculum was designed by coaches Christopher Manchester and Spenser Adams. Both are highly respected BPS teachers and coaches.
The program is organized by Seaholm parent volunteers and takes place during January and February at Seaholm. It is open to boys and girls in elementary school.
