Greg Billings started the 2025 in style.  Just 38 seconds into the first game of the season, Billings fired a shot from the left side – straight to the back of the net.  That proved to be the only score of the game.  The Lions defeated the Blackhawks 1-0.   Goalie, Neil McCarthy made 8 saves to register the shutout.  Go Lions!

    Congrats to Roy Kent on your goal tonight. It was off a perfect corner kick from Jeff O’Neil. Both players had big nights.
