Authors and school organizers have the ability to Edit or Delete Kudos. This is possible for all Kudos – those submitted, saved as drafts or published and live.
Accessing Your Kudos #
To find your authored Kudos, follow these steps:
- Select the school associated with the Kudos you have saved.
- Click the Creators tab.
- All Kudos of your school will be visible. The ones you have authored (or have permission to change) will have action buttons below them. You will see available options such as:

- Select the action you want to take.
Editing and Approval #
Non-staff authors always submit posts for review by the school for publication. If you have authored a post that was approved by your school and is live on your site, please note that any edits to the post will remove the Kudos from live view until the school has re-approved the edited version. You do not need to do anything on your end. The school approver(s) will be notified of the update and it will be cued for re-approval.
Deleting #
Deleted posts are removed from the system along with the associated comments and reactions. Use caution when deleting Kudos. If you prefer to remove the Kudos from live view without deleting it from the system, we recommend editing the Kudos by adding a note to yourself in the content portion (which can later be removed). You can then save the update as a draft by clicking the Revert to Draft button. This will remove the Kudo from live view without deleting it. Of course, there are also times when Delete is the appropriate action.
